Les disques s'usent peu et ont une durée de vie jusqu'à 30 % supérieure à celle de certaines pièces de rechange comparables.

Toutes les variantes : Les disques Allround, RAC et EC-offroad, sont fabriqués en acier trempé extrêmement stable sur le plan dimensionnel.

La rectification précise de la surface (écart d'épaisseur de 2/100 mm) évite les vibrations et améliore le réglage des patins.

Une augmentation et une diminution régulières de la température permettent d'obtenir un point de pression constant.

Un nouvel alliage spécial empêche la corrosion excessive.
La technologie laser permet une construction légère aux contours fins.

Chaque disque de frein peut être utilisé individuellement avec les plaquettes de frein de la gamme TRW-Lucas.
